This is an interesting and creative story, with beautiful illustrations. Such a colorfully illustrated book . My granddaughter cannot stop smiling & pointing to every character . She asks for it every night at bedtime…. Teaches a great lesson to all children of various ages … highly recommend this and Bonnie’s last book too . Double the fun :))

Great read with a good message for kids fitting in. With both of my 8 and 10yr kids its a good message for the kids trying to "fit in".

Totally enjoyable book. Teaches the most important lesson of kindness and inclusion through relatable characters and the fun and use of alliteration.

About Bonnie Lieberman

Bonnie Lieberman grew up in the Bronx in a neighborhood where social acceptance was greatly based upon wearing similar clothing and hairstyles, using the same expressions, and walking with the same strut as her peers. Her childhood experience serves as inspiration for many of her books.

She has a reading specialist license, a BS in elementary education, and an MS in K–12 education with an emphasis on reading. Her hope is that through her books, children will learn about self-acceptance, embracing diversity and the value of true friendships.

Bonnie lives in Bergen County, NJ, with her child therapist husband and their two dogs. She relishes spending time with their adult children and grandchildren.
